Professional coaching pedigree – I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My work is grounded in internationally recognised coaching standards, ethics and reflective practice.

Leadership under pressure – lived, not learned. Thirty years in the Royal Marines, shaped my understanding of leadership in uncertainty, consequence and responsibility.

A balance of suppoprt and challenge – leaders need space to think, and someone who will question assumptions, surface blind spots and sharpen judgement. My role is not to comfort or advise, but to help you think clearly and act deliberately.
